Which Fats Are Bad/ Sources Of Good Fats

This is just a quick post giving you an idea of where to find sources of good fats ( polyunsaturated & mono-unsaturated) and not so good ones ( trans fats & saturated). I hope you can find this helpful. Stick it on your fridge for easy reference. Be careful with some of these make sure you don’t have any allergies or intolerances to these foods.
